RPG is partnering with Moss Construction to complete The Bluffs, a  28 story mixed use waterfront development located in Clearwater. The project began in 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028. The Bluffs consists of 400 market-rate residences and an expansive amenity offering highlighted by a 30,000-square-foot outdoor deck with a resort-style pool, fitness areas, putting green, and more.
