RPG is partnering with Coastal Construction to complete 1428 Brickell in Miami, FL. The project broke ground in late 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027. 1428 Brickell features a limited collection of 195 exclusive homes across 70 stories. It will be Miami's first solar powered residential high rise. Each home faces east towards Biscayne Bay and features spacious and light-filled interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass throughout.
